We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Juvenile Law Attorneys to join our dynamic team at the Law Office of Alex Bill III. As a Juvenile Law Attorney, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young individuals who are facing legal challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in juvenile court proceedings
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to juvenile clients and their families
• Handle cases involving juvenile delinquency, dependency, and other related matters
• Advocate for the rights and best interests of juvenile clients
• Collaborate with social workers, probation officers, and other professionals involved in juvenile cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Prior experience in juvenile law preferred
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
• Compassion and empathy for young clients

Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorneys Needed

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on civil litigation matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and trial practice
• Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation cases
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
