Job Title: General Contractor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The General Contractor will be responsible for managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects
• Create and manage project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and expenses
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proficient in project management software
• Valid contractor’s license
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
