Position: Barista

We are currently looking for passionate and experienced Baristas to join our team at Salento. If you have a love for coffee, a friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
