We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Coordinator

Job Description:

• Plan and organize youth activities such as Bible studies, retreats, and community service projects
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth programs
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth members
• Coordinate with church leadership to align youth programs with the overall mission of the church
• Attend meetings and events as a representative of the youth ministry
• Track and report on the progress and impact of youth programs
• Build relationships with parents and families of youth members

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to the Christian faith and the mission of the church
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and church staff
