Position: Worship Leader

Hoi Thanh Tin Lanh Vietnamese Church is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Worship Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to use your musical gifts and leadership skills to lead our congregation in worship.

Hoi Thanh Tin Lanh Vietnamese Church is a vibrant and growing community located in the heart of the Vietnamese community in our city. Our church is committed to serving and ministering to the Vietnamese diaspora through preaching, teaching, and worship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Select appropriate music for services
• Recruit and train members of the worship team
• Work closely with the pastor to plan and coordinate worship services
• Create a welcoming and inclusive worship environment
• Regularly communicate with the congregation through music

Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Proficient in playing at least one musical instrument
• Strong vocal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Passionate about worship and leading others in worship
