Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy in order-taking and delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Attend to special requests or dietary restrictions
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TABC, RAMP) is a plus
