Job Description

At Lexis Event Planning, we believe that flowers are an essential part of any event. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements that will perfectly complement our clients’ visions for their events. Your role will involve collaborating with our event planners and clients to understand their preferences, sourcing high-quality flowers, and arranging them in beautiful displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with event planners and clients to determine their floral needs
• Select and purchase flowers, foliage, and other decorative items
• Create a variety of floral arrangements, from bouquets to centerpieces
• Ensure that all floral designs are delivered and set up on time for events
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the floral industry

Qualifications

We are looking for a creative and experienced florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a florist, preferably in the events industry
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
