Job Title: Health & Welfare Clinics Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of Health & Welfare Clinics
  • Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of clinics
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care to patients
  • Monitor clinic performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
