We are Hiring: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet project goals
• Supervise construction crews and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project documentation and communication with stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting or construction management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and vendors
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency in project delivery
• Valid contractor’s license and other relevant certifications
