Job Responsibilities

As a Home Builder with Quintessa Homes of Texas Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of custom homes from start to finish. Some of the key duties include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Performing quality control checks on workmanship and materials
• Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on the progress of their homes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Experience with custom home building projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
