Position Available: Furniture Designer & Custom Builder

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Furniture Designer & Custom Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom furniture pieces based on our customers’ specifications and design preferences. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop unique furniture designs that reflect their style and functionality requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in the production process, overseeing the construction of the furniture pieces to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
• Create custom furniture designs using CAD software or hand sketches
• Select appropriate materials for construction based on design specifications
• Oversee the construction and assembly of custom furniture pieces
• Ensure quality control and craftsmanship in all furniture pieces
• Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Furniture Designer & Custom Builder
• Degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or related field
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
