Job Title: HomeBuilder

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced HomeBuilders to join our team. As a HomeBuilder at Landmark Homebuilders Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Oversee the construction process to ensure quality control measures are followed
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the progress of their home construction project
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality
