1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Brass Tacks, you will be responsible for preparing and executing our delicious menu items with precision and care. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a professional kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth service
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

2. Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server at Brass Tacks, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests

3. Dishwasher

Our Dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. As a Dishwasher at Brass Tacks, you will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils
• Empty and clean trash receptacles
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
