Job Responsibilities

As a Metal Finisher at Valmont Coatings United, your responsibilities will include:

• Grinding, sanding, and finishing metal surfaces to remove imperfections and enhance appearance
• Operating hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal components
• Applying protective coatings and finishes to metal surfaces
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal finishing or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
