Position: Handyman

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a handyman role is preferred
• Strong knowledge and skills in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

Position: Apprentice Handyman

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced handymen with various tasks and projects
• Learn and develop skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols
• Provide support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and grow in a handyman role
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Valid driver’s license
