Job Description

As a member of the Blue Hippo Restoration team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of restoration projects, from minor repairs to full-scale renovations. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to deliver timely and professional restoration services to our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing damage and developing restoration plans
• Performing repairs and renovations according to industry standards
• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Ensuring worksite safety and cleanliness
• Keeping accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restoration industry
• Strong knowledge of general contracting practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., IICRC, OSHA) are a plus
