Job Responsibilities

As a General Contractor at RestoreCo, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include:

• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Quality control and inspection of workmanship
• Communicating with clients and addressing their concerns
• Problem-solving and resolving any issues that may arise during construction

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid contractor’s license
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
