We are Hiring Human Resource Consultants:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR audits to assess current HR practices and identify areas for improvement
• Develop HR policies and procedures that align with clients’ business goals and legal requirements
• Provide guidance and support to clients on various HR-related issues, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
• Design and deliver training programs on HR best practices and regulations
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies that foster employee engagement and retention
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or consulting
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
