At Graybar Electric Supply, we are currently seeking a Data Communications Equipment & Systems Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in providing technical expertise and support for our customers, ensuring that they have the right solutions for their data communications needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support on data communications equipment and systems
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data communications equipment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in data communications technology
- Assist in the design and implementation of data communications systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data communications equipment and systems
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
