Job Description

As an Immigration Law Attorney at Liu Zong Ku, you will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration matters for our clients. This includes but is not limited to:

– Providing legal advice and representation to clients on immigration-related issues
– Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
– Representing clients in immigration court proceedings
– Researching and staying up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations
– Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the bar in the state where you will be practicing
– Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
– Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
– Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluency in a second language is a plus
