We Are Hiring: Commercial Unit Coordinator

Job Description:

Harbor’s Cajun Station is currently seeking a Commercial Unit Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our mobile offices and commercial units, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked with essential supplies. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our units are ready for use at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of mobile offices and commercial units
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Ensure that units are clean and presentable at all times
• Work with vendors and suppliers to order necessary supplies
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating unit deployments
• Provide support to the operations team as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
