Job Overview
Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about helping others? If so, we are looking for an Insurance Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with enrollment in various insurance plans, including health, life, and disability insurance. You will play a key role in providing guidance and support to individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of the insurance enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with the enrollment process for various insurance plans
- Educate clients on the different types of insurance coverage available
- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients’ needs and budget
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all enrollment forms and paperwork
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in insurance enrollment or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Insurance licensure is a plus, but not required
