Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Law Attorney at Webster Vicknair MacLeod, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Personal Injury Law Attorney position at Webster Vicknair MacLeod will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury litigation preferred.
