Job Title: Passport Photo & Visa Information Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and information to clients regarding passport and visa requirements for different countries.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
• Capture high-quality passport photos that meet international standards.
• Ensure all documentation is submitted correctly and on time to the relevant authorities.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of visa and passport regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and applications.
