We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following role:

Child Care Worker

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children ages newborn to 12 years old during church services and events
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and structured learning activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s well-being and any important updates
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
• Adhere to all church policies and procedures regarding child safety and security

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards children and families
• Basic knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
