Clear Lake Bible Church is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. We have the following open positions available:

1. Youth Pastor

As the Youth Pastor at Clear Lake Bible Church, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of our youth and help them grow in their faith. Responsibilities for this position include:

– Leading weekly youth group meetings
– Planning and organizing youth events and retreats
– Mentoring and discipling young people
– Collaborating with volunteers to create a welcoming and engaging environment for youth

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in ministry or a related field
– Experience working with youth in a church setting
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Passion for helping young people grow in their faith

2. Worship Leader

As the Worship Leader at Clear Lake Bible Church, you will have the privilege of leading our congregation in worship through music. Responsibilities for this position include:

– Leading worship services on Sundays
– Overseeing the worship team and musicians
– Selecting songs and coordinating rehearsals
– Creating a worship experience that is engaging and uplifting for our congregation

Requirements:

– Strong musical abilities and vocal talent
– Experience leading worship in a church setting
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team
– Deep passion for leading others in worship

3. Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager at Clear Lake Bible Church, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our church building and grounds. Responsibilities for this position include:

– Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of the church facilities
– Coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance
– Managing the church budget for facilities
– Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all who visit our church

Requirements:

– Experience in facilities management or a related field
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Commitment to providing excellent stewardship of our church facilities
