Position: Social Worker
Job Description
We Care Inc is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a genuine desire to help others. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and counseling to individuals and families in need, connecting them with resources and services, and advocating on their behalf.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs
- Develop individualized care plans and goals
- Provide counseling and support services

- Collaborate with other social service providers

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Experience working in social services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of community resources and services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
