Position: Bank Teller

Job Description

As a bank teller at Stellar Bank, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include processing transactions, answering customer inquiries, and promoting banking products and services. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience at our bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Promote and cross-sell banking products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
