Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing daily activities that align with the center’s curriculum and educational goals
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
• Observing and monitoring children’s progress and development
• Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Previous experience working with young children in a child care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child development theories and best practices
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
