Position Available: Flooring Installer

As a Flooring Installer at Einstein Tile, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, including tiles, hardwood, laminate, and more. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers’ flooring projects are completed with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit each space accurately
• Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling, and cleaning
• Install flooring according to manufacturer’s guidelines and industry standards
• Ensure all work is completed on-time and meets quality standards
• Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
• Knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to operate cutting tools and other equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
