Position: Collections Specialist

We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team at Alwllc. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and working with them to create a repayment plan that is agreeable to both parties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact individuals with outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors
• Follow up with debtors to ensure payment agreements are met
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in debt collection or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
