Position: Immigration Law Attorneys

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, DACA, and more
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare clients for court appearances
• Maintain communication with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their immigration matters
• Stay current on immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the bar in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to serving immigrant communities with empathy and compassion
