Position: Workers Compensation & Disability Insurance Specialist

Job Description

As a Workers Compensation & Disability Insurance Specialist at Alltypes Insurance, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining appropriate workers compensation and disability insurance coverage. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and help them navigate the complex world of insurance. Key responsibilities include:

• Educating clients on workers compensation and disability insurance options
• Assessing clients’ individual needs and recommending suitable insurance products
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborating with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms
• Staying informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Handling policy renewals, claims, and other insurance-related transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in workers compensation and disability insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Insurance certification or licensure is a plus
