Job Description

At Echo Workshop, we are currently looking for a skilled Audiovisual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for consumer electronics and home theater systems and be committed to providing our customers with high-quality installations and technical support.

As an Audiovisual Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installing and setting up audiovisual equipment in our customers’ homes and businesses
• Programming and calibrating home theater systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions for our customers
• Training customers on how to use their new audiovisual systems
• Collaborating with our sales team to recommend the best audiovisual solutions for our customers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Previous experience in the audiovisual industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of consumer electronics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
