Position: Grocery Store Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and ensure the store is running smoothly
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Train and onboard new employees
- Assist in organizing promotional events and sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills
