Job Title: Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney

Responsibilities include:

• Representing clients in civil litigation proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attending court hearings and depositions.
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial law.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
