Job Title: Construction Management Consultant
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Job Description
As a Construction Management Consultant at Anchor Comm Builders, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on construction processes, materials, and methods
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and financials
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and quality control
- Resolve any issues or setbacks that may arise during construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
