The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers on various insurance products, such as home, auto, life, and health insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service, with a passion for helping others secure the coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing customers’ insurance needs and recommending suitable products
• Explaining policy features, coverage limits, and premium rates to customers
• Processing insurance applications and verifying policy details
• Handling customer inquiries, claims, and complaints in a professional manner
• Upselling additional insurance products to meet customers’ evolving needs
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
• Proficiency in insurance policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Insurance license or certification is preferred
