Position: Party & Event Planner

We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Party & Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working closely with clients to bring their vision to life and ensure every event is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Create detailed event proposals and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange all event logistics
• Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in party and event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
