We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in various positions within our Seafood Restaurants, Bars, and Brew Pubs. If you have a love for great food, excellent drinks, and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position: Server

As a Server at Duke’s, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. Your duties will include taking food and drink orders, delivering food and beverages to tables, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food and drink menu items

Position: Bartender

Our Bartenders play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Previous bartending experience required
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Duke’s, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment to prepare and cook dishes to perfection. Your responsibilities will include following recipes, maintaining a clean work station, and ensuring that all food meets our quality standards.

• Previous cooking experience required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
