About the Role:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team at Kassa Mall Home Furniture & Mattress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their homes, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
• Offer design advice and recommendations to help customers create their desired living space
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for home decor and interior design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
