• Automotive Service Technician
• Automotive Service Advisor
• Auto Mechanic

Position: Automotive Service Technician

As an Automotive Service Technician at Advance Auto Service, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various mechanical issues in customer vehicles. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and general repairs on vehicles
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Providing accurate estimates for repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner
• Communicating effectively with customers and explaining repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
• Certification from a recognized automotive training program
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Position: Automotive Service Advisor

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Advance Auto Service, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their vehicle issues and providing them with solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle needs
• Providing accurate estimates and scheduling service appointments
• Communicating with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving any issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Proficiency in computer software for scheduling and invoicing

Position: Auto Mechanic

As an Auto Mechanic at Advance Auto Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of customer vehicles by performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance services. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic
