We are currently hiring for the following position:

Insurance Sales Agent

Are you a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others? Do you have excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed in a dynamic industry? If so, we want you to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent at Farmers Insurance – Javier Cerda.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate clients on the various insurance products and services available
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Meet sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance (preferred)
