Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pastries, and more
• Follow recipes and baking techniques to ensure consistency in product quality
• Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery kitchen
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a bakery or commercial kitchen setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
