Position: Personal Injury Law Attorneys/Automobile Accident Attorneys/Attorneys

Job Description:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases, focusing on automobile accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with clients to provide guidance and support throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the successful resolution of cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission by motion
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on automobile accidents preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes
