We are Hiring for the Following Position: Credit Union Branch Manager
Job Description:
As a Credit Union Branch Manager at Parsons Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. You will work closely with a team of talented professionals to meet the financial needs of our members and help them achieve financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve branch goals
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Ensure compliance with all credit union policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with members to promote loyalty and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of credit union regulations and best practices
