We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions in our Halls, Auditoriums & Ballrooms category:

1. Venue Coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of venue setup for events
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless execution
• Manage event timelines and schedules
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Ensure the venue is clean and presentable at all times

2. Event Planning Assistant

• Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish
• Collaborate with vendors to secure services and products for events
• Create detailed event timelines and checklists
• Provide on-site support during events
• Manage client communications and expectations

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or venue coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
