Position: Loan Officer

As a Loan Officer at Moody National Mortgage Corp, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. You will be responsible for generating leads, evaluating loan applications, and guiding clients through the mortgage process from application to closing. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of mortgage products and financing options.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential borrowers
• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on credit history, income, and other factors
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, providing information on available loan products and terms
• Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan closings
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer
• Active NMLS license
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
