Job Description:

As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at Jones Gill LLP, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of legal matters related to corporate law, partnership agreements, mergers & acquisitions, and more. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic legal advice to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or eligible for admission)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will provide legal counsel, conduct research, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients in court to ensure the best possible outcome for their case.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or eligible for admission)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Strong courtroom advocacy skills
