Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to corporation and partnership law
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business agreements and contracts
• Assisting clients with corporate governance and compliance issues
• Handling mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Researching and interpreting laws and regulations related to corporations and partnerships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
